Assign an owner for each story in addition to each task
A user should be able to assign someone to be the overall owner of the story, even if the individual tasks are being handled by other people

New tinyPM release will bring a user that is assigned to a story as a person accepting the story and the way it’s implemented. Such person can close the story when all tasks are finished. Would this satisfy also the above idea? If not… how should the information about the story owner be used in the system (except for just showing it on the card)?
