Add More Email Notification Events/Customization
Allow more customization and email notification events.
For example:
* Author of comment should receive email
* Backlog items created
* Approval waiting
* and so on...
It would be nice if all events/data changes in TinyPM could have the option of sending an email event.
It would also be good if you could set the email notification events per role as well as per user.

This story is completed at least in the part of adding events. We will be adding new events through the nearest releases so if you want any particular please add it separately as a new idea.
